Computershare - poor service
I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to contact Computershare with no response from them. I used the returnmycall option off their website as the phones are not being answered. This is after trying unsuccessfully at the beginning of the year to confirm with them that the details on my investment have been updated. I am very frustrated by their lack of response and have no idea how to elicit a response from them. My frustrations stem from before COVID-19 so cannot be solely blamed on the virus and the changes to our work environments.

26 Jun 2020, 09:55Walther contacted me and was fantastic! Apparently there are forms required from changing shares into my name which none of the other consultants mentioned or asked for. I am waiting for an email to submit the forms so we can have this matter finalised.
