Computershare poor- However Charles is phenomenal

Have add the most terrible time with this platform and will be taking all my assets and moving to another application after over 10 years of using this subpar service. The only noteworthy part to my experience was the service I received from Charles Mosalo , I could say he single handedly is keeping Computershare afloat with his customer service , with every issue I have had he has been more than helpful and willing . Contacting whatever other department and involving anyone that can assist me further
