Computershare - Phone just rings at the call centre

I need to get an idea of what my holdings are worth for Telkom and Sanlam shares that are managed by Computershare.

The phone rings almost endlessly but when I got through once, the lady said "Oh, Telkom" and transferred me abroad, literally. The first lady was definitely British and the next was American. The American lady hung up on me while pretending to transfer me.

Their "Contact us" page requires a Shareholder Reference Number (SRN/HIN) and User ID as compulsory fields which I don't have. Why must I memorize this **** when they can just look it up against my ID number.

I need to know how much my shares are worth - what's so complicated about that.

This is unacceptable!
