Computershare need to improve

I was trying to update my account with Computershares to sell my shares, and it was a very bad experience, but until I spoke to Tshepho Tsheletsane, he helped sort out my problem and gave me the advice that I needed to sell my shares. His performance and professional was excellent; however, my matter is still in the process of being resolved with Computershare. These 5 stars are not for Computershare but for Tshepho's professionalism that saved Computershare's reputation. Well done, Tshepho.
