Computershare Incompetence

Computershare South Africa are the worst share company to deal with to date. I have had numerous dealings with them for various clients and to date have not had a smooth process. My current dilemma is that I have sent all the required documentation to them in May 2017. They have lost those documents, have sent the next set of documents onto another company and have received my third set in December 2017. They have done absolutely nothing with this set for three months. I'm perpetually confronted by ***** on the phone. I was told in December that the issue has been escalated and once the documents are received they will be dealt with swiftly. I called today and the documents are still pending.

To say that the situation at Computershare is mere incompetence would be an understatement.

My suggestion to those reading this is to also report them to the FSB (Financial Service Board) as well. One can lose valuable financial ground gained with their pathetic attitude to doing their work.
