Computershare in my frustration

For years now, my father has been battling to submit his FICA documents to Computershare and he keeps getting notified of paid out shares which cannot be paid until FICA documents are received.

We have emailed, phoned Sanlam with whom the shares are, sent documents via registered post and even been at Sanlam, who put us on the phone to Computershare. Computershare on the other hand sent us from pillar to post transferring the call from one person to the next with no outcome. There are no words to describe the incompetency of the entire organisation.
