Computershare, how do we proceed from here?

Been trying for many years now to get my account at Computershare updated. Just too complicated for somebody who is not computer savvy. After receiving another email with a request for updated banking details I decided to bite the bullet and see it through. What a mess... First of all I need to create a profile online. How do you create a profile if you can't access the indicated website? Then went out and bought airtime for R30 so that I could at least contact the indicated phone number. Dialed.... and waited. Eventually a young lady answered. I tried to explain that I was merely trying to provide Computershare with the requested banking details. At that point my phone indicated that the call is about to be cut as my airtime is running out. Young lady promised to mail me clear instructions. In due time I received a complicated list of instructions. I immediately responded to the mail in order to get clarity on how to approach the next step. Mail returned undeliverable... Oh, yes, last week I responded to the indicated email address included in the request for updated banking details. Yesterday a mail arrived in response... as vague as can be... with the message to please contact the company should I wish to sell the shares being held, or lodge a complaint. I want to do neither of the two... merely provide the requested banking details so that dividends can be paid out to me.
