Computershare horrible client service and poor on execution and worse on fees!

I am a Stockbroker. I know security and share custodian and financial services. I want to suggest the Computershare service in South Africa should be eradicated removed and not allowed to operate in South Africa. You struggle with everything you want to do with your custodianship. They charge fees where there should be no fees! Their forms is either elaborate or not efficiently formatted. Ask them to sell your shares as per the list on your portfolio or under your investor number then they want a form. It may take a week to get this form to them in a way they will act on it..calling them will take you through 3 stations and at least twice being cut off! Please our regulators should protect the public from this business!
