Computershare gives no service regarding selling of shares

This is the most pathetic place to do business with. My dad wants to sell his shares and since he is very old and can not hear so well on the phone or have no computer literacy I, his daughter, assists him. We have been emailing or phoning (without luck) this company since beginning of May. What does it help if you send all your FICA documentation and want to proceed to selling of your shares they tell us we must FICA?!!!!! But we did, so where is those documents? Someone is not doing their job!!!! The market is good and we want to sell the shares but by the time we get someone to help it might not be worth anything anymore. No one should do any business with this company at ALL! Service suck, because there is no service at ALL! Please no one and I mean no one should do business with them. You will loose all the money invested.
