COMPUTERSHARE FICA RESPONSE

I have for the last three years been trying to update my postal and physical address for FICA puroposes on the computershare system.<br> <br> I have emailed them, mailed them and called them without success.<br> Cannot find on the system , did not receive etc??<br> Their attitude seems poor and customer service non existent.<br> <br> It seems that they will say anything and do anything and can get away with it.<br> <br> I have tried again today and emailed the allocated email address which has a mixture of small and capital letters . I wonder if anything will happen. [Email Removed]<br> <br> Please advise me if there is a regulator or ombudsman who can help me to sort this problem out.<br> I think I have been patient - waiting three years.<br> <br> <br> <br>
