Having experienced issues with the Call Centre and obtaining no assistance at all, I then contacted the CEO who kindly put me in touch with a very senior Gentleman.

If it wasn't for him, I would have had endless struggles with the call centre, which had already occurred more than 3 times.

His service is impeccable, professional, courteous and knowledgably efficient, no question or assistance required to difficult to respond to and he responded to emails immediately.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his extremely good service. Well done, you are an asset to the company.

If all companies operated in this manner there would be far better service and efficiency across the country.
