COMPUTERSHARE ARE USELESS

Computershare must be the company that feels the least for their customers. I have Sanlam shares that they manage and I have requested them to transfer the shares to Easy Equities, due to the professional manner in which Easy Equities runs their business. Since December 2021, Computershare were unable or not interested in transferring the shares. I have emailed them most probably 20 times, phoned them about 20 times. Spoken to Sam that promised to esculate it to the Sanlam team leader. Spoken to Marsha, that promised that she will get Rachel, the Sanlam team leader to contact me, well days and weeks has now gone by without any communication from Sanlam Team leader. I am now considering the legal route to get my shares transfered without any further excuses of high call volumes, team leader will phone you sir, your emails are in the que. I am sure that COMPUTERSHARE will respond to this complaint by saying the following. "Please send your account nrs to us and we will contact you to resolve the problem" Well guess what they will not resolve the problem and frustration that Computershare have in their possession my shares and they are reluctant to transfer it to a broker that is X1000 better than them. There is no other reason that I can think off. SANLAM must be ashamed to have their name connected to this absolutely useless and disrespectful company.
