If possible in any way avoid this company. They do not answer your e-mails sent to queries or customer care just never call you back. I had share in a certain company for many years now at Computershare. The new directors of this company has paid out shareholders. Firstly the dividends was paid into a account that has been closed for years. I had to update and verify myself twice for the new banking details for the dividend payment. I phoned to enquire about the ordinary shares and now suddenly nobody can see or pick up anything. After numerous calls and explaining everything I spoke to Tarelo Basson on Monday 8 September. She promised me a call back after taking this issue up with a manager. Yesterday I phone twice to speak to her and left messages for her to call me back. Needless to say this did not happen. What happened to my ordinary shares money and why is the dividend money not paid yet? I wonder. Stay away from them, they do not understand the meaning of customer service.
