Completely ***********!!!

I wish there was a lower rating! I am writing this review out of total frustration! It all started with the de listing of a public company from the JSE which required us to hand in our share certificates in exchange for the agreed cash payout. Took the documentation in person to their offices in Rosebank where it was stamped and a copy emailed to me as proof of them receiving the documentation. So they lost my spouses documents and after endless calls and emails from me with the proof that they have received the documents I am non the wiser. Everyone I reach on the phone promise someone will get back to me, ya right! What a *********** business!! Just needed to vent my frustration somewhere but I see I am just one of many so my experience seems to be the norm with this place!
