Communicating with a black hole

I am very frustrated about the continued lack of communication from Computershare.

1. On 18/8/2018, I delivered personally all documentation for arrear dividends to be apid out to a Mrs Hendricks. I have sent 2 follow up emails, 3 phone calls, and not a single message has been returned.

2. I have paid the indemnity fee for the company, sent a copy of the form in, and merely requested that I be let know whether any further information is needed, and whether the scanned form suffices, or an original form is needed. Nothing.

It is like communicating with a black hole. Please can someone from Computershare contact me urgently to resolve these minor admin issues. Chris Bertie
