Cheque *****

I was to receive a cheque from Computershare in respect of dividends due to me by MTN. The said cheque was intercepted and **********ly deposited into an Absa account even though the cheque was made out in my name, it clearly show that it is 'not transferable' and 'not negotiable'. Computershare requested an affidavit from me stating that I never received such a cheque. After making enquries with them, they then informed me that the affidavit was not sufficient and requested an amendment to it. I forwarded them an amended affidavit and again after making enquiries with Sarel Griessel, he advised that Standard Bank informed him that they are waiting on Absa Banks' ********** department to investigate the cheque. This matter has been going on since the 13 April 2015 and I have been given the run-around by Computershare after numerous phone calls to their call centre having spoken to Audrey Moakeno, Jody Coullts, Shanice Peters, Megan Sauls, Jabulani Nthoke, Samantha Gray and even attended at their offices and dealt with a certain Mr Brian McDonald whom I handed a copy of my bank statement in proof that I did not receive the cheque and also handed him certain FICA documents
