Cannot trade my shares online and no help
I have shares I want to sell, first I tried online and could not logg in. I contacted the call centre and was helped rudely by a young man, he was suppose to handle the transaction but to date have not received confirmation of it being done? I tried online but everytime get the errors adreess to be compared to script. My details did not change, I click on the contact link then complete form and get a mail they received my request. It is now more than a week passed and no fix. I do not want to trade over phone as it is more expensive and I do not want to deal with the rude staff.
