Call Centre Agents
<p>Your call centre agents are robotic and makes one feel like a ********. They give the impression that they are going to great lengths to make a stupid person understand them. Please, it wont **** you to sound friendly and enthusiastic. We are your customers and not your social responsibility. This has happened many times now. Maybe try working on the basis that your customers are fairly intelligent people</p>
