Bad service from Computershare
I was working for Netcare 911 back in the days when Netcare Hospital group handed out shares to their employees and now that I wanna sell it as I don't need it anymore as I don't work for Netcare911 anymore is a big mess up to sell it. Last year I filled in all the forms and submitted it to them and then Christine Kasai the team leader plan managers/investor services send a email to confirm that the shares will be paid out on end of December of 2022 and now I phoned to found out what's going on with my shares that's when they now say Netcare have to approve and accept it before they will pay out. We apologise for the frustration you are experiencing as a result of the delay in the payment of shares from your employee share plan. Typically, approvals are required by an issuer for all sales instructions are standard protocol for their employee share plans. This is something neither Computershare nor Christine can do, as we have to wait for our issuer client's approval of payment files before they are processed.
As you can understand that due to the December festive holidays and public holidays, and people likely being on leave, sign offs and approvals may take longer than anticipated.
Christine has informed us that she has followed up on this with Netcare, and that once approval has been granted the payment process will be triggered in accordance with Netcare's scheduled payment timelines, which are typically the last week of each month.

04 Jan 2023, 16:26So is that now my problem sorry in her email of the 10/11/2022 the payment was to be made end of December and I have now my accountant in this as well and she wants to take this further with legal action so sort the **** out and pay my shares out
