Bad Service - Computershare
I have struggled for months to get my ComputerShare Fica requirements and address changed. If the call is not cut off, after the agent have my cell nr, they don't call back, I emailed all the relevant documentation to ficaverify email address, receive confirmation that my documents was received - they still confirmed they have not received anything. Asked to speak to a manager, call was cut again. Service is astonishing
