BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF INFORMATIONS
My name is Monica , my late husband has shares with Assupol life, when I was doing follow up with them, they<br> referred me to Computershare.<br> I called Computershare spoke with Jody who confirmed that my late husband have shares and dividends which I should claim, she requested that I send the documentations of which I did and then when I called back Jody said she didn't receive the documents and with a bad attitude she said my late husband has no shares at all and she started swearing at me and shouting, and when I've tried to explain ,she put down the phone in my ears.<br> <br> please kindly assist and resolve this matter as I didn't expect that kind of service from such reputable company.<br> my late husband id number ***<br> name : late Freddy Ngozo<br> <br> regards,<br> <br> Monica
