bad service

I've been trying to sell my Sanlam shares held by Computorshare for more than 3 months now. I understand that there are laws and rules regulating these transactions and because I lost my original share certificate it takes time to get everything in place. But in saying that...I've first had to update my profile. I mailed all the relevant documents(with a certified copy of my ID) to them, only for them to update the wrong profile. It took me almost a month to get them to update the correct profile. Making many calls at my expense. I was told once this was done I can sell my share and also money owed to me will be paid. But apparently not so. When I called the customer care line to log a complained the woman told me I was given the wrong info and thats just the way it is. Then I had to fill in forms and make an admin payment because of the lost certificate. They have received the docs and payment, but now it will take another 7 working days just to update my profile again. Surely in this day and age it does not take so long to sell shares that is mine. This has been a very frustrating process taking a lot of my time and costing me money.
