Bad service

We are struggeling with Computershare since July to sell shares and we didn't even receive indemnity.

After making the payment for loss share certificates I phoned after the time they told me that payment will be located. Then they said after 7 - 10 days I will receive indemnity, okay no respond. I phoned after 10 days. They said I will receive indemnity the same day. Okay, no respond. Phoned again the next day. No, it have been loggend on Friday, it takes another 2 - 3 days and I am telling you I won't get indemnity for any of the 3 by Thursday.

Oh and they assisted me up untill today. Today the problem is I am not the registered shareholder.

Please, help! Want to get away from Computershare but can't get the shares sold!!!!!!!!!!!!
