Bad Service
I have been locked out of my account and despite sending two emails and tried numerous times to contact Computershare by telephone which they do not answer or keep you holding on for 10 minutes plus, I am at a loss as to how to rectify this. I need to log onto my Account urgently.

19 Mar 2018, 15:04Within 10 minutes of logging this complaint I had a phone call from Mubeen who has hopefully solved my problem. I should be getting a passowrd by tomorrow morning. Thank you for your efficient service Mubeen. Why one has to resort to Hello Peter is beyong me but thank you it certainly works.
