I called into the Computershare call center on the 27th October 2017 to put my Sasol Inzalo shares on the market. I spoke to an agent named Promise who advised me that my details needed to be updated on the system before the shares can be put on the market. She advised that I should phone again on Wednesday 01.11.2017 after the changes have been effected. On Wednesday 01.11.2017 I phoned Computershare again and spoke to Mbali to advise her to go ahead with the sale of my shares. She then advised me that my details have not been updated on the system and I will have to wait another 2 working days for the changes to be effected. I asked her to put me through to their complaints department but their phones just rings unattended. I am appalled at the level of service I have received at Computershare, especially seeing that I did adhere to their terms. Their service is ridiculous and their complaints department is seemingly non-existent.
