Assistance required from Computershare

Hello, about 3 years ago, I received an email that you had moved to London and that I needed to re-register as a shareholder. I tried for months and even your staff at the Call Centre could not assist. I was left without an answer regarding what to do. They could not find my numbers on your new system. Subsequently, I have not received any dividends for the past 3 years. My daughter tried to contact you on my behalf and was also unable to resolve this matter. I admit for being at fault and not contacting you for a long time but life happens and one forgets. Can someone who has the authority to assist kindly respond to this query so that this matter can be resolved?
