Appalling Service

There is shocking lack of urgency during the FICA verification of a Custody and Settlement Account process. I have been waiting for the outcome for 14 days with no viable solution in sight. What is the big deal here, Is the mandate of Computershare’s employees to delay the disposal of shares as long as possible. On application I was assured that the process would not take more than seven days but on subsequent follow up it was nine days. I am still waiting.
