Appalling customer service !
Worst customer service I have ever seen . They take 2 weeks to reply to their clients and send automated emails to genuine enquiries . Their telephone line can never be reached and their system of calling you back is a lie .
I’m highly irritated by this company and such negligence is not acceptable coming from people that work with our money . Do better and respect your clients !!!
