After One week and no Payment receive after i sold

Dear Peter After i received a call to begun to sell my shares. They supply me with a trade dealing number what useless is. When i go online with the computershare investor online services i notice there share has been never been sold. The 03 August 2015 they make my shares digital. The only thing what I notice is a Amount of R360.00 with the status message with replace returned message under the payment section of the investor. I go every day to my bank online to check my balance and nothing is there today is the fifth working day and nothing has happen. Other friend of mine has receive her share in time but not in my case.
