ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE

This company continually withholds the money due to an Estate, all documentation has been completed and sent by hand. Now they have an additional requirement.

The absurdity of trying to obtain assistance has me baffled, even the Managing Director responds, and no action is taken. I want the share and dividends sold and deposited into the Estate account.

I have never in all my business career known a company to make life so difficult for a Pensioner to obtain their own Late Mother's money.

JUST GET ON WITH IT, YOU HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION..

My word is this frustrating to say the least, it's like getting water out of a stone, I hope never to have any further dealings with them after the entire process of one thing or another on an ongoing basis.

Do they honestly think I have the resources and time to be a puppet in their hands while they retain the monies.
