Absolutely No Care or Responsibility
<p>After discussing dematerialising share certificates, I mailed my share certificate with stacks of paperwork which had to all be verified with commissioner and FICA etc etc. Almost a month later I am unable to get any response from this company! I know they have collected the letter as the post office confirmed the collection. Computershare has no e mail address to correspond with, you have to hold on for ages on the call centre. What absolute terrible service and I still have no answers almost a month after collection of a registered letter?</p>

However, we were not able to identify the share certificate and a member of staff was delegated to research history records to identify the company. The member of staff did not follow up on this matter promptly and did not advise you of the delay. We would like to apologise for this and assure you that the matter has been dealt with in an appropriate manner.
