2nd complaint
Good day<br> <br> Its clear that my matter is being taken very lightly at this stage,as I believe I've been patient,I've chased after,I've emailed and my issue is still not resolved. My mtn shares were couriered to compushare wednesday morning,I was also contacted by a consultant on thursday saying that they will have to go thru the deliveries in order for my shares certificate to sent for demat and then sent to investec so I can sell my shares. The consultant promised to call me striaght back because she had no clue on the process and how long it took for them to firstly find my delivery and how long it would take before investec got my shares. Its extremely fustrating when somebody calls you and clearly they not sure what the processes are,and to add salt to the wound they don't call you back with the proper infopmation..its almost a week now and I've heard nothing from compushare. Investec themselves have been sending compushare emails to follow up on this matter and there's not a reply to any of their email. My question is compushare,who do you guys answer to? If you not assisting the client other representatives,who would you prefer to answer to?how can I go about finding out where my
We received an instruction from Investec to transfer your shares. Before we could do so, we required confirmation, in writing, that you were no longer employed by MTN. We requested MTN to provide the confirmation which we received on 3 February 2016. However, before we could transfer the shares, in accordance with the current process, we were required to receive a new instruction from Investec We received the new instruction today and the shares have been transferred to Investec for dematerialisation.
