2 weeks to email forms & still waiting

<p>I visited there premises to ask what to do to transfer shares,.(Part A was done, then to dealwith Part B)</p> <p>I called for Part B, the advice changed, i now need forms, custodian & settlement,withdrawl, banking detials to pay R216.68 to & proof ofaddress)--this was on the 26th when i wanted to sell.</p> <p> </p> <p>26 April i called- I was advised 2/3 working days to be emailed such forms.</p> <p> </p> <p>I waited, called 4 May & 9 May (am told now the back office is really busy)</p> <p> </p> <p>I doubt i will be getting these forms ever and will need another physical visit. They are busy.......</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
