COMPUTERWORLD KUILS RIVER

Purchased a laptop from ComputerWorld Kuils River - Store next to FC Loans. I was NOT told anything about a poor performing or half dead battery upon purchase. As with anything in life all is good and solid until you have paid. I purchased the laptop for my daughter as her birthday is on 23 March 2026 and for her to sit with the laptop for 10 minutes after charging it for nearly 2 - 3 hours is simply BULLSH**. I dropped the laptop there this morning. The man told me there is a 6 month warranty on the hardware but now after his findings that the battery is not in good condition he claims he told me this last week. Why did he not tell me this this morning when i dropped it there????? How does one setup a reputable business with service like this? Nothing about selling laptops under R2000 was either told to me OR was in writing at the time of sale. They have NO LEG to stand in a case such as this. Small Claims court most definitely!!!!
