Computer World Hillcrest broke my 20k laptop!

<p>I took my laptop in there cause the screen latches had popped out. Took the laptop in there with the touch screen working , laptop working perfect , They took one month and actually broke the laptop. Wanting to hand it back to me broken now and not even turning on. Highly discourage using them to fix anything. Owner refused to re-inburse me or even give it back in the condition it was dropped off in. Never even got a call from the owner either. Poor poor experience </p>
