Very poor service after sale

<p>Please be advised of the following before you do business with Computer wholesalers SA Limited http://www.computerwholesalers.co.za/</p> <p>1. No contact details- You are unable to contact the office to speak to anyone. The number listed on Google is incorrect.</p> <p>2. Incorrect shipping times on their website. You will either wait two weeks, a month or inevitably with no correspondence from them about collection from suppliers.</p> <p>3. Difficulties with refunds or cancellations (Due to their own poor service). They promises two-three weeks waiting period for refunds but they will not refund you. Customer communication is poor and non-existent from responsible person.</p> <p>I was promised to be refunded for cancellation due to orders not being collected by them for weeks on end with no communication on their side. They said I will refund in 2-3 weeks, it is now the 5th week and have not received the refund. I have sent multiple emails and no one can assist. Absolutely no communication from the responsible person “Owner- Etienne” with regards to this (note you can only email them). Charmaine tries to help, but in the end it boils down to the owner who does the ‘refunds’ and who does not respond.</p>
