They don't do anything
<p>Last year I bought an online shop from them in October. They were quick to ask for the money but took over a month to build the online store. I also had to purchase a domain from them wven though I gave them full access to a domain I own.</p> <p> </p> <p>This time I requested two products from them, only to hear that there is no stock, yet they received the money for it. They have all the money and refuse to reply to any request for a refund. Also, all the fees I paid hasn't been returned after I requested a discontinue of the services and a release of all connections with them. I refuse to associate my business with them any longer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am considering going to the small claims court and had already consulted a lawyer in this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not deal with Charmaine or Ettiene, they take days, then weeks and eventually months to deal with your requests and they blame each other via e-mails to you. Do not fall for their trick. I had sent numerous e-mail and I am quoting one here that they had not responded to after being forwarded to them four times:</p> <p> </p> <p>"</p> <p>Hi CHarmaine and Ettiene,</p> <p>I have requested the refund of the amount of R550-00 to be paid to the client in Kuilsriver, the amount of R 490-00 to be refunded to HRIH Investments asap. When will that be processed? Also, I have come across some disturbing information and at this point in time in the light of the previous issues I logged wish to close all accounts. Have the reseller handling fee of R 500-00 I paid to be refunded to the business HRIH Investments. A domain transfer authorisation code to be generated for hrihinvestments.net.za to be sent to ********** I shall relist the domain and use it with my own hosting services.</p> <p>I herewith wish to close all accounts in the light of the information supp**** and the previous unresolved issues with the online shop.
