Refund Madness

<p>I ordered a printer for my client and decided to cancel the order and was informed that the refund to be paid into my account. I was told the refund will take up to six weeks to be paid in my account. This was on 2 September 2016. Today is the 28th of November and still no refund has been paid. I have not even received a response to my numerous follow ups.</p>
