<p>I ordered 2x 6TB drives and it amounted to over R8000, after I placed the order and paid in full I was told the supplier had no stock and it would take 2-3 weeks and was willing to wait, after not recieving any feedback from them and contacting Charmaine from sales she advised the supplier would not be recieveing stock. After I asked for a refund thats when the games began and no one would return my calls or repsond to my emails. After I finally got hold of Etienne, the owner, he advised they were having cash flow isssues and I should send my bank details and they would try pay back what they could over a few months, no time frame or amounts were mentioned or agreed. The after a few months I was willing to get one of the drives and wait the following month for the 2nd drive, they eventually sent one drive and since then they have refused to attempt to pay me back for the second drive. This was in May 2016 and I still have had no reposnse as to when the 2nd drive will or ever be sent to me and it doesnt ook like it will.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not order a thing from this company, even if they do send you your stock it takes weeks and no communication from there end. But it will more than likley end in them taking your money and not send ing the stock or arraging a refund. Day light *******! <br /><br />I repeat do not order from this company! if you do you are the fool and are funding a busniess who are renound or taking peoples money and not delivereing any goods. The only option I have now is to open a case of theft against them and go to small claims court to try get my money back from these *******.</p>
