Bad service

<p>After I asked for a refund for two orders that I cancelled due to poor communication on their side, I were told that I will get a refund within 2-3 weeks after i received an e-mail. I phoned today and found out that the person who does the refunds is on leave. Why were I told that I can expect the refund to be processed by a certain date only to find out that I have been **** to.</p>
