Time Control / Schmidenberg Markering shocking after sales service! Run!

Absolutely no after sales service. Mr Rob Schmidenberg does not honour his commitments, when he is cornered he slams the phone down on you. They are very quick to sell you a product, however, they are fully aware that their after sales person is situated in the USA and cannot be reached during office hours, they also will not give you the USA number. I want to warn people about this company so that they can avoid the absolute frustration I have experienced the last 6 weeks. Rather pay a yearly license fee and get the service you have paid for than not get a service at all. Rather consider a different Time and Attendance system. Just a friendly warning. Stay away.
