So Disappointed!!

I am so disappointed in the level of non-chalant attitude this lab delivers - with absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. I made a payment on the 02/07/2022 - to date all this lab tells me is that they are awaiting a shipment in order to do my recovery. i constantly have to phone, no one says anything to me unless i contact them. I am absolutely annoyed! i will not recommend this lab & their services!
