Service Complaint

My experience at CSSI started out great. I am a full time student with a part time job and the service they offer is seriously expensive. CSSI managed to organise me a discount of close to 75%, however this is where the good experience ends. From then on out i was never notified on my job and its progress, when I called to find out, an open ended answer was always the response e.g \give it a day or two\" , can i call you back? Needless to say that i was never contacted. <br> <br> After about a month of this backwards and forwards talking they claimed my drive was ready for data to be transferred onto a destination drive. This required me to pay my part of the deal and wait for the data to transfer across. After about an half hour of waiting in Reception, i get told data had been *******ed and need to start over. <br> <br> The same open ended answers carried on for about two weeks, waiting for a new collection date. I eventually drove in to see the guys to get an answer face to face, to receive yet another ill call you tomorrow with details. To my surprise i was never called. I call back 2 days later to be told the job has been dropped and they will refund me. Its been two weeks since and no refund."
