No business etiquette

Good day James,

I am unimpressed with your company CSSI, I placed an order online on the 15th of May 2019, the Order No is 143792 and got a call back a few days later stating no stock and if I am willing to wait max 4 weeks for replacement stock. I have placed several calls to your head office where I get the run around and emails which are never responded too, but I get read receipts.

I am beyond ****ed at your business etiquette and would like an immediate resolution of this.
