My company lost everything and CSSI recovered it all.

2 weeks ago, thought this is end of my business and life. lost all my data. 2 other companies said nothing can be done because of scratching noise and the thing that has the data on it was scratched. Philip from my associate company told me about CSSI. nothing to lose i took to the and they were friendly, explain some things to me about some clean room and offer me to wait and have coffe. 20 minutes later while still in CSSI building they came out and said 80% chance and if nothing can be recovered there would be no charge. that sounded like a bargain because the other 2 companies charged me R 2700 and R 3500 for nothing and got me nothing. Should of come here first. Next morning there service manager calls me and informed me they recovered 97% of my data! i could not believe it. I went back to them and they prepared all my data in there one computer room to view and i could not believe my accounting finance and tender documents were all recovered in just 1 day. I see someone posted something stupid about this company but my experience and there were 2 other customers with me commenting how professional this company is, they looks smart and lot of people so give credit where credit is due. will recommend them anyday to anyone and it cost me less to get my data then the other 2 companies charge me for nothing.
