LETTER OF APPRECIATION TO CSSI

In early September 2026, my external hard drive, which contained my only backup of priceless data, including treasured photos, videos and music, suddenly stopped reading.

My IT Technician was unfortunately unable to recover my data and subsequently referred me to CSSI. I contacted CSSI on 3 September 2026, and Leah kindly sent me an email detailing the recovery process.

On 8 September 2026, I returned the signed forms and handed in the faulty drive together with my destination drive. I was warmly welcomed at reception by two friendly, helpful and professional ladies, Leah and Michelle.

A complimentary Failure Report was conducted, and I received the quotes later that same day. Unfortunately, the cost exceeded my budget, and I advised CSSI that I could not afford to proceed with the recovery at that stage and would therefore collect my drives.

At approximately 16h00 that afternoon, Leah called me to find out what my budget was. A discount was app****, but unfortunately the revised amount was still beyond what I could afford.

On Wednesday, 9 September 2026, I returned to CSSI to collect my drives. Michelle kindly offered to see what they could do for me. She returned to reception shortly afterwards and advised me that CSSI had agreed to meet me at my budget.

I paid 50% of the agreed amount, and the recovery proceeded.

An appointment was then arranged for 08h30 on Friday morning, 11 September 2026, to view and approve the recovered data. I was absolutely delighted to see my precious data had been recovered, and approval was granted for it to be saved onto my destination drive.

At 12h00 midday, I paid the remaining 50%, collected my drive and had the pleasure of finally meeting Zahra, the Recovery Engineer who had worked on my data.

My sincerest appreciation goes to Zahra Abbasvandi, Data Recovery Engineer, as well as your two Directors of First Impressions, Leah Phasha and Michelle Mapimbiro.

All three of these ladies provided exceptional and professional customer service and went far beyond what I expected to assist me during what was an extremely stressful and emotional situation.

I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, understanding and willingness to help me recover something that is truly priceless and irreplaceable to me.
