Extremely bad service

4 weeks ago I booked in a NAS device for repairs and data recovery. <br> Up until now I have had no joy, I am still battling to get a quote.<br> <br> I know the repairs will take a long time, but to get a quote it cant take this long.<br> every time I email I get no response, and when I phone I get told that someone will phone me back and this never happens.<br> <br> I have lost all confidence in cssi and will never recommend them to anyone!
