Here is my experience, I have been buying drives from Cssi for 4 years, the owner claimed they are brand new but due to an ongoing investigation none of the hard drives Cssi sell are new, THEY ARE ALL refurbished, if you look at the drives there are no dates. The Western Digital external Hard drive doesn't have dates, serial numbers and there are smudge lines wiped clean. Most drives only carry a one-year warranty where as if you purchase elsewhere the drives have a 3-year warranty, has anyone ever questioned it? the Durban branch is closed I was notified by one of my clients who wasted his time to courier the drives to Johannesburg at his own cost because no one was at the Durban branch, seriously how is it a customer’s fault that the branch is closed. Let’s get to the interesting part CSSI branches in Jhb, Dbn and Cpt has no engineers only A support guy with limited knowledge in data or RAID recoveries, that’s why when you call the only person you can actually speak to is the receptionist who gives generic updates i called many times and it seems the recetionist is new all the time :(. The clean room and all the bull**** put up on your site is **** the fees you charge such as doner drives are actually old clients drives from years back yet you claim they new ,has anyone ever seen the doner drive or did you blindly pay ? as for laser technology it does not even exist, you charge a fee throw in some technical bull and desperate people pay. Sometimes the drive has bad sectors only but James quotes them 6-7 K claiming it a mechical problem! refunds sometimes are not paid back and for the record this company is black listed if you’re a government entirety, he does not have a Tax clearance certificate and you are referred to another company "Cipherwave Holdings"Dear James I will go to consumer watch and report you .STOP Robbing people i am now KEEVOL
