Appalling service

I booked in my drive (on 01/06/2015) for data recovery. I received a programmed computer generated e-mail on the 04/06/2015. At that at the time I thought it was specifically describing my job. I came in on the 08/06/2015 to check on the job. I met one of the junior technicians Mohammed who explained the extend of the hard drive damage and they will have to use laser tech to read off the data to see if they can get sectors
