First had to pay a deposit. Then the phone call . Your ssd 1 terra drive is cooked, your mother board is cooked. Computer cannot be started even with direct power. I asked for the laptop back. Back not closed *****s missing. According to Matt only my screen worth something. Pressed back in place and ductape to fasten. There the laptop goes on. Asked my money back. Matt you dont know much of computers and **** to me about my 1 terrabite ssd drive my 40 gb on board ram. So you now keep the money but this whole saga is where an old man will prove to you what the price of lies are.
